I typically see clients over 18 years old who are looking for help with interpersonal issues, depression and anxiety or those seeking more meaning and motivation in their lives.

I take an integrative approach to counselling, which combines humanistic, Jungian and psychoanalytic ideas and techniques, and recognises the unique complexity and potential of each individual.

I have lived and worked in Hanoi since 2017, and since 2021 have been under the clinical supervision of Douglas Holwerda – a senior therapist, instructor, and founder of the Hanoi Psychology Group. As is common practice for therapists in the UK and elsewhere, I continue to meet with Douglas each week for supervision, which includes professional oversight, accountability, support and insight.

I have a Master’s degree in the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London with Distinction. In my ongoing professional development I am pursing registration with the British Psychoanalytic Council through doctoral training from 2022.
